吕礼基先生，東德建築（Dongde Decor）的創辦人，是室內建築與設計領域的先驅者，擁有近三十年的專業經驗。

Nicky 畢業於英國赫爾大學（University of Hull），並於 1993 年移居上海，次年正式踏入建築行業。

1995 年，他創立了東德建築，致力於提供卓越的工藝與創新的設計解決方案。公司初期專注於辦公空間的室內建築，憑藉優質的服務迅速贏得了業界的良好口碑，並與眾多世界500強企業展開合作。

2003 年，公司拓展至零售領域，並建立了自有工廠，以更好地控制品質並提供定制化服務。隨後，東德建築於 2007 年在北京開設辦公室，並於 2012 年在香港設立分公司，業務版圖不斷擴大。

2014 年，東德建築進一步拓展業務至餐飲與休閒行業。Nicky 對行業特定需求的深刻理解，成為公司成功的重要基石。2018 至 2020 年間，Nicky 擔任上海餐飲協會（Shanghai F&B Association）董事會成員，進一步鞏固了他在餐飲與娛樂空間設計中的專業地位。

Nicky Lui, founder of Dongde Decor, has been a visionary in the interior construction and design industry for nearly three decades. 

After graduating from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, Nicky moved to Shanghai in 1993 and embarked on his career in construction the following year.

In 1995, he founded Dongde Decor with a mission to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design solutions. Initially specializing in the interior construction of office spaces, the company quickly gained a reputation for excellence, collaborating with numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Expanding into retail in 2003, Dongde Decor established its own factory, enabling greater control over quality and customization. The company’s growth continued with the opening of its first Beijing office in 2007 and a Hong Kong office in 2012.

By 2014, Dongde Decor diversified its portfolio to include the F&B and leisure sectors, where Nicky’s deep understanding of industry-specific needs became a cornerstone of the company's success. Between 2018 and 2020, Nicky served as a board member of the Shanghai F&B Association, further solidifying his expertise in delivering tailored solutions for restaurants and entertainment spaces.
